Most people, when they think of condominiums, usually think of chic buildings in the middle of large metropolises-- they normally wouldn’t think about a place like Boise. Boise is a best-of-both-worlds kind of place. It is a suburban paradise, a rural getaway, and, last but not least, an urbanized city. Though small compared to New York, Los Angeles, or even Seattle, Boise also has plenty of awesome condo style living areas. There are some that are much like small apartment buildings and some that are built into large highrise buildings. Crescent Rim, one of the Spectacular Condominium’s most popular condominiums, is located on the edge of what is known as the Boise Bench, near the old train depot. It overlooks downtown giving residents one of the best views in the city.
These condos are some of the best ever built in the valley with a wide variety of styles and sizes to accommodate any need. Any one of the Spectacular Condominiums at Crescent Rim will usually have either 1 to 2 bedrooms and 1 to 2½ bathrooms which, when combined with the fact that they have an average size of almost 2,000 square feet per unit, makes them a perfect fit for anyone looking for a comfortable place to live. Each unit will also come with a predetermined amount of parking spaces (usually no more than two).
A typical Spectacular Condominium’s Crescent Rim unit will have electric, forced air heating, a gas fireplace, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and dishwasher. Not to mention access to a community hot tub and in-ground pool which can be used for recreation, relaxation, and exercise. It is also built just up the hill from Ann Morrison Park, one of the cities largest and most diverse parks. This park is over 150 acres in size and has facilities to play sports like softball, football, cricket, soccer, and tennis; not to mention the miles of leisure paths, playground, and open fields.
Other notable amenities include nearby shopping centers, sports arenas, theaters, concert halls, and so on. Since the Crescent Rim Condominiums are located so close to downtown, almost everything a resident could ever want is at their fingertips. However, getting out of the city is pretty easy to do as well. Residents can easily find themselves up in the mountains, at the shores of a lake or reservoir, or in the middle of the desert in only a matter of minutes thanks to Boise’s amazing location.
