Silverwater Subdivision

Of all the places to live in the Treasure Valley, southern Meridian is one of the best. It has hundreds of amazing neighborhoods that are tranquil and lovely in just about every price range. One of the best neighborhoods there is the Silverwater subdivision. It is a large development on the souther tip of south Meridian of new ranch style homes and open building lots. The lots are around 0.15 to 0.16 acres large and, in the case of the previously constructed homes, will be fenced in. The homes usually have 3 or 5 bedrooms and 2 to 2½ bathrooms which, when you add in the average 1,500 - 2,700 square feet interior space, makes it perfect for any kind of indoor living. The exteriors of these homes are made of siding and stone in various colors. Attached to the front of the home is either a 2 or 3 car garage.

The residents of Silverwater are lucky to be surrounded by many amenities that make life their easy and convenient. For starters, the entire neighborhood is lined with sidewalks to connect neighbors together. There are also many parks nearby as well as a public library. Within only a few miles from Silverwater there are several grocery and bulk food stores, a movie theater, water park, and much more. South Meridian is also near a few freeway on ramps that allow residents to travel to all different parts of the city, valley, and state in a matter of a few turns. An outdoor mall is also only two miles away from Silverwater which provides for some great dining, shopping, and entertainment.
