Parts of Meridian

The City of Meridian can be broken up into three parts, each of them with a different feeling and atmosphere. These three parts are East Meridian, West Meridian, and South Meridian.

East Meridian is the area between Eagle Road (Highway 55) and Meridian Road and Chinden Boulevard and the Interstate. It is a part of the city with many great neighborhoods of every kind. There are some neighborhoods that are more rural in design where all the lots are at least a half of an acre, and some neighborhoods that are more suburban that have standard sized lots, but larger homes.

West Meridian is the mirror image of East Meridian, as far as dimensions go. It stretches westward of Meridian Road between Chinden Boulevard and the Interstate. These neighborhoods are mainly suburban in nature and come in many styles and designs. This area of town is also home to downtown Meridian that includes the historical downtown and many great shops and restaurants.

South Meridian is everything in Meridian south of the Interstate. This part of town is ripe for new construction with new developments cropping up all over the place. They range in size and style, but each one is unique and offers their residents great amenities of every kind. Many of these neighborhoods will have parks, pools, and other fun stuff to do.
