Community Summary

Over the last decade or so, Boise Idaho has grown in importance and popularity. From its founding in the 1860s by the United States Military until the year 1970 (110 years later) the population of Boise could not breach 100,000 people. Though it had experienced steady growth until that point, it wasn't until the 1980 census that Boise was officially home to over 102,000 people. Since 1980, the growth rate has accelerated and currently it is estimated that there are over 200,000 people living in the City of Trees. That’s double the population in only 35 years! Due to this amazing growth, Boise has become a magnet for new construction, causing more and more builders to come out of the woodwork.

There are many builders that operate out of the Treasure Valley, working with projects both big and small. The following is a list of some of the more popular builders and a brief description of what kind of work they do.
