The homes in Londoners First can be as old as the mid 20th century, as new as the last few years, remodeled versions of the two, and everything in between. They are usually cottage style homes with an average of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are built on a variety of sized lots which are usually between a tenth and a fifth of an acre. These lots are also usually fenced in with both chain link and wooden fencing materials. Not all of these homes have attached garages, but most will have parking shelters or space on the street for parking.
